Too often, we focus on what qualities make a leader great. You can find these tenets of good leadership listed with ubiquity. However, we rarely study the "diseases" of leadership, i.e. the "debilitating maladies, including arrogance intolerance, myopia, and pettiness" that we frequently see infect leaders.
"The 15 Diseases of Leadership, According to Pope Francis" is a rough translation of an address that Pope Francis gave to the Roman Curia in 2014.
